The Law Offices of Thomas K. Crowe, P.C. provides a broad range of legal services covering regulatory and compliance matters, commercial/transactional matters, litigation, lobbying/legislative representation and other specialized services. The Firm represents a wide variety of clients, including IP telephony or VoIP providers, wireless service providers, facilities-based long distance providers and resellers, prepaid services providers, competitive local exchange carriers, and trade associations. We have also represented government entities, including a public utilities commission, the Governors of two U.S. territories, and a government-owned service provider in South America. Trademark/Intellectual Property
The Firm has assisted communications and other businesses with a range of trademark and intellectual property issues. Among other things, we assist clients in federally registering trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and in conducting related trademark searches. We can also assist clients with trademark and fictitious business name (D/B/A) registration at the state level, including trademark and fictitious business name searches in various state level databases. In addition, we have counseled and assisted clients with respect to trademark and intellectual property issues that arise under contractual negotiations and various types of carrier service agreements.
