The Firm's attorneys possess specialized experience and expertise in representing diverse communications providers and other types of entities facing communications legal and regulatory issues. The Firm's founding partner, Thomas K. Crowe, with over twenty-five years experience in providing specialized communications representation, is a former partner at a major national law firm as well as a former Assistant Attorney General for a U.S. territory. Cheng-yi Liu, also a partner with the Firm, is actively involved in serving the daily needs of the Firm's clients. In addition, the Firm offers the services of legal assistants, as well as support and administrative services.
