The Law Offices of Thomas K. Prepaid
The Firm has represented a large number of prepaid calling card providers since the mid-1990s and is well-positioned to counsel both established prepaid providers (and underlying wholesale prepaid platform providers) as well as start-up entities. We have significant experience in representing such entities in all communications-related legal areas. Our representation of prepaid calling card providers covers all FCC and state-related legal matters, including but not limited to:
