Professional Background
Deborah joined the Firm in 2003. She brings over eight years of managerial office experience and oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the Firm. She assists the Firm's attorneys and clients in a range of administrative functions, including new client engagement procedures, client conflicts checking, and client timekeeping and invoicing. Deborah is also responsible for human resources and personnel management, including the coordination of employment recruitment, benefits oversight and retirement account management, accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining the Firm procedures manual, and new employee training and orientation. She manages the Firm's office technology and office supply inventory. In addition, Deborah handles the Firm's bookkeeping, tax compliance matters, and record retention obligations.
